Q: Are you looking for Embodi Beauties to model for the boutique?

A:We are always looking for new Embodi Beauties to model with us. Check out our Brand Ambassador form for additional information. 

Q: How do I know if my order went through?
A: You will receive an order confirmation via email. Make sure you only click the "Submit" button once to avoid duplicate orders or charges. If confirmation does not appear in your inbox shortly after your order, please click here to contact us and we'll make sure your order has been processed.

Q: Is your site secure?
A: Yes. All credit card information is encrypted across a secure line. Your confidential information is encrypted in transit from your computer to ours.



Q: Can Embodi Boutique ship to me?
A: Embodi Boutique currently ships internationally!

Q: How long does it take for my items to arrive?
A: All orders take 3-5 business days to process. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday through USPS. Deliveries are made on BUSINESS DAYS & sometimes Saturdays.  (This excludes Federal holidays.) Please allow 1-2 weeks for international orders.



Q: Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?   
A: Yes. Sales tax is included with each purchase. You will see the amount displayed on the order form.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal payments.



Q: What if I need to return or exchange an item?
A: All of our garments are satisfaction guaranteed. We accept returns on undamaged/unworn items and will provide you with a refund less shipping costs within, 30 days of delivery date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Items or promotions marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for a return or refund. All returns must be in saleable condition and include the original packaging with tags attached. Only items purchased from www.embodicollective.com can be accepted for return.
